internet connection back le wor.. lOl.. yeahhh.. hahaa lets see.. so start form 20th mon.. haha..

today went for kayaking training.. first training.. haha.. quite fun..
we do some warm up exercise.. like head turn.. etc.. haha.. den went for 2 run of running..
after 1/2 a yr of slacking.. this was de first running wor.. cant belive i can still run.. oMg.. after de
run.. de Wiling is like drunk.. haha.. cant really see wad infront.. cannot walk properly man.. den face not red red
wor.. but is white white like gona faint like tat.. lOl.. after de run.. veri tired.. but got a sense of satification man.,
haha.. after run.. went to do 2 set of pumping(15) and crunches(20).. hahaa.. den incline flex arm hang.. haha.. cant belive i
can still pull 10 times wor.. but den not veri standard lah.. haha.. suddenly got veri good mood to do sports wor.. hahaa
den tat was end of our training.. de rest is games.. like wacko, blacket game..(we lost.. den end up doing forfit.. banana dance.. )
and jumping squares.. and last wan is passing water balls
lor.. haha.. end up they throw here throw there.. den like play among themself.. haha.. see liao also funni.. haha.. keke..
about 9 plus den we are release.. and count it as a day.. haha.. one of de senior told us next week will be real training lor.. haha
12 rounds of running.. keke.. haha.. and a few sets of sit up .. .. .. haha..really tired now.. gona go slp liao.. lucky tml no accounting lecture..
can go sch at 10.. can slp longer.. haha.. yeah.. =p nitex nitex wor..
